I forgot to order a product, can you add it to my order?


Please check the status of your original order first to ensure that it is still in "Pending" or "Processing" status.  Once an order is "Sent to warehouse to pack" or "Shipped", we cannot make changes to the order.

If the order has not been packed yet, you can simply order the additional product as normal, but use the 'Add to Order' shipping option on checkout.  We will combine the orders, and ship together.

If there is an increase in shipping cost, we will contact you to make the additional payment.  Typically this is used to add 1 or 2 items to an order.  Orders with large amounts of additional items should be placed as a new order.  If possible, we will combine them and refund the shipping difference.
