Question:

Can I use my own shipping account/company?

Answer:

Per PayPal rules, we can only process shipments that have online tracking to the destination (and signature depending on value).  If you have a freight forwarder that you use, as long as it can be delivered through our normal process and the address of the freight forwarder matches your account and is approved by PayPal during payment arrangement, you can use that as the destination address.

We cannot ship to any address except that which is specifically listed on the submitted order and cannot accept orders to be picked up by non-bonded or non-online-traceable courier.

We will happily accept a pre-paid or collect shipping label vie email for FedEx Ground or Express, UPS, Canpar, DHL, Purolator or Canada Post as long as you arrange pick-up service at our warehous.
