Question:

When will xxxxx product be back in stock?

Answer:

We're sorry that the product you are looking for is unavailable. We are continuously implementing new inventory control measures to ensure we always have the products you need in stock. 

Unfortunately, from time to time, demand exceeds our projections and we sell all of our stock before a new shipment arrives.  A typical shipment of tulle takes roughly 60 days to manufacture and ship, and our ribbon, etc can take up to 120 days from order to arrival. 

As soon as we have any information on when a product will arrive, we will post the information on our Facebook fan page, and will update the product information page.  The estimated availability will be listed at the top of the product page.   Unfortunately, what is posted is all the information we have and cannot provide any further details by phone or email.
